Your influence matters
Abba International has received guests and volunteers from many countries. In addition, friends of Abba International continue to support and encourage our work in the lives of our students and in their local communities at large.
We are always creating opportunities for people to invest their time and resources. Here are some ways opportunities at the moment.
1. scholarship funding for students.
Unemployed parents and single parents will be encouraged to receive donations for the education of their children. At a young age, they already have access to the same quality of education as those from financially stable homes that could afford their children’s fees.
Through sharing the burden of parents discouraged by high amount of fees charged in the neighboring schools, we are equipped to help make differences through the promise of quality and affordable education.
Without donations from people like yourself, we will face limitations in our effort to ensure the education of those children. Our estimate for the academic year 2021 will be 3, 500 USD. The rest of their funding will be covered locally if each of them will receive 206 USD/year. The current number of students in financial need being 17. The amount will cover for their studies, utility supplies, clean water, outings / excursions and social activities hosted by the school.
2. CONSTRUCTION OF MORE CLASSROOMS AND OFFICES.
We planned to expand our school to provide for even more children in the neighboring villages. We have several hectares of land already, and will not need to spend on that anymore. However, constructions cost a lot but with the help of kind architects we are only left with the required amount to pay for the construction materials and manpower.
You can donate any amount of the 38,000 USD needed to construct the classrooms and offices.
